Our Mission
SoJust Solutions was launched out of a desire to help people while providing better service at a better price than other consulting agencies offer today. Our goal is to maintain a diverse team, including individuals with amazing assets to offer but who are often overlooked in business hiring.
We also strive to make SoJust Solutions the best place to work to attract top talent. Unlike other agencies, we fully disclose our bill rates and pay rates to our employees. Employees are not required to sign restrictive non-compete agreements and are provided with a comprehensive menu of benefits.

Impact Initiative
Inspired by our mission to help people, SoJust Solutions proudly supports the Impact Initiative. This program extends our support to underserved communities. Each quarter, SoJust Solutions employees may dedicate one workday to volunteering with an organization that aligns with their interests and values, benefiting their communities.
We acknowledge the valuable community work many of our employees already do and incorporate it into this initiative. Additionally, once a year, our team unites for a day of service, supporting organizations that aid children and youth, community development, disaster relief, food pantries/homeless facilities, minority and women’s empowerment, or veteran support groups.
